Directory Lister Pro can enumerate files and folders in a directory tree and create reports based on it. Formats can be HTML, TXT, CSV, etc. You can select the information required to be included in the report, such as file name, owner, etc. Multimedia files can have track number, title, artist, etc. Executable files like EXE, DLL, OCX have the company name, default name, and other details.
You may add file type filters, customize the column order in report, and do many other customizations.
